Things to Know
Bookings
​
All booking requests must be sent to lsmcnallyphotography@gmail.com or through Social Media. When a date and time is agreed a deposit must be transferred to secure this. A contract, invoice and model release will all be emailed to you as well as a guide to help you make the most of your session. Any special requests or questions, I am always available to answer.
Sessions
​
Sessions are relaxed, natural and fun. I will provide you with a guide that will help you get the most out of your session with me. Im a very natural photographer and so do not put any pressure on you or the children. Its your session so let me know what you want. Location has to be agreed by both of us. The more information I get, the better your session will be. Once your session is over, I will aim to send you your photos in a gallery within 3 weeks. Once you've chosen your photos (depending on the package you've bought) they will become available for download. This must be done within the allotted time given to you. All sessions are for groups of a maximum of 5 people. Additional people can be added for a charge, message me for details.

Sending Me Your Photos

If you are taking advantage of using your existing photos and want to send me them for one of the products I supply, then please send your order and photos to lsmcnallyphotography@gmail.com. I will then get in touch. The quality of the photo is your responsibilty unless it is from a booked session with me.
Shipping Information
​
Once the products are made they will be sent via Royal Mail or hand delivered. They should be with you within 2 weeks.
Price is dependant on what you order.
Returns Policy
​
If you're unhappy with your item, please message LSMcNally Photography within 7 days to discuss any concerns. If the product is damaged or not fit for purpose due to the fault of LSMcNally Photography, then returns must be made within 14 days of contacting me and a refund or exchange can be provided.
Gift Cards
​
All gift cards are currently sent via email. Please supply which email address you would like to use when you get in contact with me about these. They can be personalised to you. Once paid for they are non- refundable, non exchangeable and must be used within the time frame stated. All terms and conditions are supplied here.
COVID-19 Regulations
​
If your booking is inside please follow the guidelines provided. Due to COVID-19 regulations, please arrive wearing a mask on entry, you must wear a mask unless you are having your photo taken. 2m distancing must take place. Track and trace forms will have to be filled out upon entry. Antibacterial Hand Gel is provided upon entry and must be used. Maximum six people all from the same household due to the ‘rule of six’. These are subject to change as and when government guidelines do.
If you or anyone you've been in contact with show symptoms of COVID-19 within in the 14 days leading up to the session, you must reschedule for when you are better or receive a negative result. If you have to self isolate due to others showing COVID-19 symptoms, the session must be rescheduled to another date.
