Terms & Conditions

Bookings, Payment and Cancellation

Bookings must be made in advance to allow time to plan and make sure I am available.
Model releases must be filled out and signed before the booked session date.
Non refundable deposits must be paid before securing any session. This is a third of the full session fee.
Remaining Balance must be paid 7 days before the session date. Failure to do so can result in loss of session and deposit.
Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before booked session date.
Once the photoshoot is booked, you can only reschedule once, before forfeiting your deposit. Cases may vary due to Covid-19, so please contact me.
Cancellation will result in loss of deposit, if cancelled after 7 days before the booked session date, you will lose full payment.

Session, Images and Products

Sessions begin at the time agreed, being late will result in deduction of time of session.
LSMcNally Photography has full copyright to the images.
Only fully edited JPEG images are given to clients.
Images clients purchase may be reproduced for personal use only, if the client has a print release.
Credit should be given to the photographer when images are used on social medias.
LSMcNally Photography is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal possessions during a photoshoot.
No personal photography or video is allowed during the session. Use of any photographic/video device is strictly prohibited. LSMcNally Photography has every right to stop a session if this happens, resulting in loss of full payment.
Screen-shotting is also not allowed during viewing time. If caught doing so, you must pay for the full gallery.
Minimum of 5 prints required to be able to buy.

Covid-19 Guidelines

Guidelines at the time of sessions must be followed at all times. These will be discussed prior to the booked session.
If session has to be cancelled due to circumstances relating to government guidelines, then sessions can be rescheduled.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Gift cards must be used before the expiry date on the card or email. Any cards unused by this time are null and void. No refund will be given. Cases may vary due to Covid-19 so please contact me.
Gift cards are non refundable. If lost the card cannot be replaced.
Gift cards have no cash value, so cannot be exchanged for cash or another session and cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
LSMcNally Photography are in no way obligated to honour expired cards.
Gift cards are valid for shoots local to LSMcNally Photography, unless agreed otherwise. Your shoot can take place outside or inside, location dependent, both parties must agree.
Specialised Gift cards can only be used for the service named on the card. Eg. Valentines Day -couples only.
One card per session only. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction to any other deals at the time.
Bookings must be made 4 weeks in advance to secure your space.
You may not sell your gift card on. LSMcNally Photography has every right to refuse a session if its suspected the gift card has been sold on without authorisation. This will result in loss of payment.

Referral Promotion

Existing bookings are exempt from this deal.
Promotion is valid until date specified.
Referral sessions must be paid in full for referee to get discount on their session.
All full priced sessions included, Bundles & Themed Minis are excluded.
If Covid guidelines prevent the session taking place, reschedule will be available to a date that works for us both.
